    FUNDAMENTALS OF KTE EQUITY PARTICIPATION

Should the Investment Committee decide in favour of partnering a specific high potential small or medium-sized business, the following monitored, carefully supported KTE business growth cycle comes in effect:

    unlock value=grow company=implement exit strategy.

    KTE EXIT STRATEGY

Once the loan has been repaid in full, the business is entitled to buy out KTE’s share at the market value by repurchasing the shares. In the case of Equity Participation deals, the intention would be to try to list the business on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange. A specific exit strategy for KTE will be agreed upon with the partnered company at the commencement of the relationship.
